SAI-SUDHIR Educational Society has been founded by a group of eminent and highly motivated Academicians committed to the cause of Education. The society has been formed in the year 1992 and since then has been successfully educating and mentoring students in professional courses. The colleges under Aegis of SAI-SUDHIR Educational Society has been consistently reputed for the quality of education and has been in the top 5 institutions under Osmania University. Our students have secured First, Second, Fourth and Fifth ranks in professional courses conducted by Osmania University. Many top rated companies visit our colleges for campus placements and our students are well placed in several top notch companies.
Founder Father of Institution
Smt R. Usha Rani is inspired by her Father Sri A.V.Subba Rao, a prominent professor in chemistry & popularly known as “ Organic SubbaRao” for his proficiency in chemistry department of Loyola College, Vijayawada for over a period of 26 years. He has also promoted Nalanda Group of Schools, Colleges & Blooming Dale International School in Vijayawada With around 40000 students in their institutions. He always reminds that “ If a child can’t learn the way we teach, should teach the way they learn”. He dedicated himself to the mission of inculcating value-based education for the cause of overall development of students & Society.
Chairperson
Smt R. Usha Rani is the Chairperson of Sai Sudhir Group of colleges. She is a dynamic personality with a broad vision, an iron lady with a tender heart; an enthusiast with a unique teaching methodology; and a diligent person with a strong commitment towards innovative learning.
She is the daughter of Prof. A. V. Subba Rao, who is well known as “Organic Subba Rao ” in the coastal belt of A.P. She took her M.Phil from Nagarjuna University (ANU) under the guidance of Prof. V. Balaiah, former Vice-Chancellor of ANU, who had motivated her to dedicate her service to impart quality education.
She got married to Shri.R. RAJI REDDY. He is an Electronics Engineer and established an Electronics Unit at Kushaiguda Industrial Estate for Manufacturing wireless communication equipment, antennas etc. He was with NELCO and Hindustan Lever Ltd., Bombay before starting his career as an entrepreneur.
Smt. R. USHA RANI after her marriage was in studies for about seven years and joined her husband in Bombay in the year 1982, where she continued her Library work in CIBA-GEIGY and IIT Bombay towards her research work. She worked as a Lecturer & Principal for about four years in Hyderabad.
With a view to give shape to her noble thoughts and ideas, and to implement a unique methodology in teaching, she established Sai-Sudhir Junior college in the year 1989. Expanded to Degree College in the year 1992 and to Post Graduate College in the year 1995.
The college has grown from strength to strength year by year and is quite established today in the field of education with a vast outstanding record for more than three decades.
At the same time, she had inclination towards social activities where Sai-Sudhir adopted around 15 Villages in Ranga Reddy District and successfully conducted the camps along with team of professors, lecturers & students.

She was conferred with Rajiv Gandhi youth foundation award in the year 1992 for her services in promotion of education. Sri P.V.Ranga Rao, the then education Minister felicitated her with the Best Educationalist award. She is a life member in Red Cross Society, Lady Lion Member in Lions Club etc.
She has received the best participant award in Mahila Janma Bhumi Program from Shri. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Govt.

She is very much interested in creation of Swarna Andhra Pradesh and Vision 2020 envisaged by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh
and participated in all the Clean and Green and other Janma Bhoomi Programmes besides encouraging all the students and staff-members to take part in every social service activity for the welfare of the students of all sections of the society in general. Every year free education is offered to a few meritorious orphan students (To an orphanage Home at Cherlapally, Hyderabad)
The young world is busy in its own way, but there is nobody to take care of the Aged. Yes, the Aged also need recreation and friendship. The launching of AASARA by GHMC under the patronage of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy, inspired Shri George D’Cruz, President of Arul Colony to start a Senior Citizen Daycare and Welfare Association with 120 members, out of which 70 members received the multipurpose identity cards. It took shape in September, 2007 and within a year there was a tremendous progress, out of which, the recreation hall was sponsored by Smt. R. Usha Rani, Chairperson of Sai-Sudhir Group of Colleges-Hyderabad. It was inaugurated on 5th Nov. 2008 in the presence of Rt. Rev. Dr. MarapudiJoji-Archbishop of Hyderabad and Sri. RamNarayana Reddy, Zonal Commissioner- GHMC

Apart from this, she participated in the women’s welfare programmes and also participated in the programmes conducted by Women’s Welfare Association—ECIL, Hyderabad.
Conducted Blood Donation programmes, helped the poor and needy etc.
